Cancellation Policy:

We require a 12-hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes. A credit card is required to secure a reservation. No shows or cancellation made without the required notice will incur a $50 fee, which will be charged to your credit card.

Generally, YES. However, there are times when we can accommodate walk-in clients without an appointment. In most cases, you can schedule an appointment for the same day you call.

A 3% transaction fee will be applied for payments made with credit or debit cards. no checks accepted, and we only accept cash for tips.

While tipping for good service is customary, it is entirely up to you. If you choose to tip, a good rule of thumb is to give a percentage slightly higher than what you would in a restaurant. Most people typically tip between 20% and 30%, which is around $15 to $25.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for preparation. to ensure fairness to all clients and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. late arrivals will be subject to our cancellation policy and will not receive an extension of their scheduled time. However, in special cases, and if our schedule allows, we may accommodate a partial or full appointment. this will be at our discretion and only with prior notice of your late arrival.

Since all of our sessions are done with fully clothed, please try to wear loose and comfortable clothing. If your pants happen to be too tight, you can ask the front desk for a pair of spa shorts.

Please be responsible for your valuables, Relax Foot Spa is not liable for any personal items lost or left behind. Any returned items found will be kept indefinitely.

We do not offer refunds on any payments or deposits made to reserve spa services. All sales are final. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any refunds under special circumstances. Typically, prepaid charges may be applied toward other services of your choice, or we can issue store credit for future use.
