Party Policies

Deposit Requirements

A valid card on file is required for all group and party reservations.
The card will only be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), and no-shows.

Cancellation Policy for Groups

A per-guest cancellation fee applies to group reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
The same fee applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations.
Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file for the guest who made the reservation.
This policy helps us reserve the appropriate practitioners and time specifically for your group.

Late arrival policy

Please arrive on time, as your session will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting other appointments.
No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
